Our Coffee is specially roasted for the Holy Virgin Mary Russian Orthodox Cathedral. We import varieties from several world regions: Mexico, Guatemala, Kenya, Ethiopia and Brazil (Brazilian Decaf).
With Mexican coffee offering the mildest body and gentle fruity taste, Guatemalan coffee in contrast is the richest body, most flavorful tasting. Ethiopian coffee with flowery and berry aftertaste, is mild in strength, while Kenyan Nyeri is considered more intense, medium bodied and brightly acidic.
