A daisy-like flower that brews a mild, honey-like infusion, Chamomile is often used to combat anxiety and sleeplessness. Both possessing soothing calming benefits, and delicious herbal flavors, the Peppermint Rose is also perfect as an iced tea.

Every package contains twenty tea bags. For Chamomile, it is recommended to use one tea bag per serving, where each tea bag contains two grams of tea (makes 20 servings).
For Peppermint Rose, two servings will be yielded from each bag, as it contains four grams of tea and may be dipped the second time (makes 40 servings).
Suggested brewing times are three minutes in ten ounces of water for each serving of these varieties.
