The Holy Virgin Mary Russian Orthodox Cathedral honey is grown and harvested by California Beekeepers, as pure honey from bee to hive to jar. Collected from varietals of plants, the honey nectar gathered by the bees creates an amber color of honey of slightly different shade for each flower.
